• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

5.2 International Orders

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas). International customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (see Section 3.3 for exceptions). Items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• With all tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
