SKLZ PRO KNIT HIP BAND HEAVY FES

The Pro Knit Hip Band assists in improving mobility, and strength for lower body resistance training during workouts or warmups. The thick bands are typically to be worn above the knees for glute, hamstring, and quad activation. They are best for short stride movements such as linear and lateral bent leg walks, or hip rotations. Built with a durable, and comfortable stretch fabric so they won’t pinch or pull skin, and never slip during movements. Designed to be a versatile training tool for a variety of movements, the bands will create the ideal amount of difficulty for effective training. After sweaty workouts, the bands are machine washable and easy to clean. Available in both light medium and heavy resistance, the Pro Knit Hip Band can be paired with the Pro Knit Mini Band for additional resistance.
