Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

While we aim to deliver perfect products every time, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to get you back in the game quickly.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Face Masks (hygiene concerns)
  • Boxing Gloves (personal protective equipment)
  • Base Layer clothing (intimate apparel)
  • Equipment Cleaners (chemical products)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Include in your return package:

  • Item in original condition with all packaging
  • Copy of order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write RMA number clearly on outside of package

Note: Customer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Exchanges: Processed within 1-2 business days with tracking information sent via email

Refund Details

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (additional bank processing may apply)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • International Refunds: Issued in USD; exchange rates may affect final amount

Exchange Policy

We’ll happily exchange items for different sizes, colors, or products of equal value:

  • If new item costs more: You pay the difference
  • If new item costs less: We refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective gear (we aim for 100% accuracy but sometimes pucks bounce the wrong way):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund with prepaid return label if needed
