Ordering & Account

Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our standard shipping reaches most destinations in 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx, while free economy shipping (orders over $50) takes 15-25 days via EMS.
All equipment receives professional packaging with extra padding and reinforced boxes. Goalie gear ships in custom-designed containers to prevent damage during transit.
Yes, if your order hasn’t yet processed. Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your request. Upgrade fees will be calculated based on your location and order weight.
Payments & Pricing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Yes, all prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert to local currency with applicable exchange rates.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and file a claim with the shipping carrier. Our packaging is designed to prevent damage, but we’ll make it right if issues occur.
